Como organizar uma Sipat – Em conformidade com a portaria do Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego DSST nº8/99, a Semana Interna de Segurança do Trabalho (Sipat), sob responsabilidade da Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes (CIPA), é um evento obrigatório.
Com a finalidade de reduzir o afastamento por motivos de saúde, acidentes e doenças recorrentes e do trabalho, a Sipat aborda temas como alimentação, doenças ocupacionais, qualidade de vida, relacionamento interpessoal, acidentes de trabalho, saúde, integração de grupo, entre outros vários, para conscientizar os funcionários da empresa. Para organizar uma Sipat, é necessário agendar uma reunião com a diretoria, com o Serviços Especializados em Engenharia de Segurança e em medicina do Trabalho (SESMT) e com a CIPA para discutir as circunstâncias da organização, patrocínios, objetivos do evento etc.
